Adept Resourcing Group are proud to be working alongside a rapidly expanding manufacturing business based in Barnsley, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products to a diverse range of industries. As they continue to grow, we are searching for an experienced Regional Contracts Manager to join the team and play a key role in overseeing and managing the execution of contracts across our expanding operations.

As the Regional Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all contractual matters within the region, ensuring that our contracts are well-structured, compliant, and executed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with senior leadership, project managers, legal teams, and external clients to deliver successful projects while maintaining strong relationships and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Contracts Manager:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end process for all regional contracts, from negotiation through to execution and delivery.
  • Review and advise on contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and support to internal teams on contract-related issues and disputes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve contractual issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure the smooth implementation of contract terms and delivery of services.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful contract execution and business growth.
  • Support the preparation of tender submissions and ensure that all contractual terms are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
  • Report regularly on contract status, risks, and performance to senior management.

Regional Contracts Manager Qualifications and Desirable Qualities:
We are looking for an ambitious and skilled professional with:

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in contract management, ideally within a manufacturing, civil engineering construction environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance.
