Our client is looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor with a background in machine repair and facilities to join a growing engineering team for a market leading company.
What you can expect in this role:
- Leading a team of Engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenance across the site's machinery and facilities.
- Completing planned and preventative maintenance yourself, when needed.
- Day to day breakdown resolution.
- Creating Maintenance plans, and logging maintenance on a data base.
- A flexible work schedule.
What we need from you:
- Be an experienced multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 4 years Industrial / Manufacturing / Facilities or related experience, NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- Must have experience arranging sub-contractors to maintain the facility.
- Have previous experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Be able to support a team and work together to overcome challenges
- Be able to work under your own initiative
- Be willing to work overtime to cover spikes in production demand and holiday/sickness cover within the department.
- Be able to create PPM plans and lead a team to complete them.

- A Salary of 44,880 (flexible for the right candidate)
