Elevation Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-known South Yorkshire manufacturer in their search for a Training Manager. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a learning and development professional looking to progress into leadership.The role of Training Manager will be responsible for ensuring that training is delivered to a high-standard throughout the business. This person will be involved with design, implementation and delivery through face-to-face sessions and e-learning, whilst evaluating it's success and feeding back to senior management. This role reports to the HR Director and sits within the wider HR team. Other responsibilities include;- Identifying potential future skills gaps and proactively incorporating this into the training and development strategy- Ensuring training compliance with regulatory guidance and requirements- Develop and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)- Evaluating the success and quality of the training provided and working with senior management to continuously improve this- Supporting the wider HR team with generalist HR activities when neededThe ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering training in both face-to-face and online settings and will have experience of working in a large blue-collar environment.This role provides a great opportunity to work within a progressive and growing business that puts it's people at the heart of everything they do.
