We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and proactive Hospitality Assistants on a casual / temporary basis on behalf of Barnsley Healthcare Federation at The Priory Centre in Lundwood, Barnsley. As a member of their growing hospitality team, you will work in both their café, Priory Kitchen, and on the bar at hospitality events, as and when required. General Details:
  • Schedule: Day, Evening and Weekend Shifts.
  • Availability: Shifts available from now until the end of the year with a possible extension.
  • Hours: Zero Hour Contract / Bank Staff
  • Pay: £11.44 per hour
You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of high-quality food and drink whilst delivering excellent customer service to create a friendly and welcome environment for all. You must be over 18 to serve alcohol; however, if you are younger, they may still have positions available for you within the café. If so, please get in touch. Main duties include:
  • Working functions and events in our main hall that may require day, evening, and/ or weekend work.
  • Help with the serving of food, taking orders and handling cash.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to the food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards as set out by the Company.
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers and clients.
Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Bartending (desirable)
