GI Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our friendly client based in Barnsley, S75. This will be an immediate start for the right individual.During this role as a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders in a fast paced, warehouse environment.Job Types: Temporary - Permanent.Location: Barnsley, S75.Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00- 17.00.Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour.This is an ongoing position.Duties of the Warehouse Operative include:* Order picking with the use of paper-based pick sheets and scanners.* Goods receiving & packing orders.* Assisting with dispatch.* Labelling of orders. * Shrink wrapping.* Ad-hoc warehouse duties as and when required. * Stock replenishing.Benefits:* Easily accessible from Barnsley town centre, with great shift times for public transport.* Potential for permanent employment opportunities. * Free parking available on site.* Enjoy discounts, rewards and perks on 1000s of brands you love in a variety of categories.
