Head of Asset Management

£70 - 75k per annum - depending upon experience

Based in Barnstaple, North Devon

We are a registered charity providing affordable homes and delivering quality services to our communities across North Devon and we are committed to our vision of ‘creating communities where people want to live’.

We are looking for a forward thinking, innovative leader to join us as our Head of Asset Management. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, shape, design and deliver outstanding repairs and maintenance services to our customers improving the quality and safety of their homes alongside their energy efficiency and comfort.

You will have experience in designing and delivering planned investment programmes, delivering responsive repairs and cyclical servicing programmes. You will be committed to continuous professional development and be able to evidence sound technical and interpersonal skills.

You will have strong financial management a good knowledge of current and planned procurement rules and understand and appreciation of the pressures and rewards of working in the Social Housing environment.
