Role Overview:

As the Estate Agency Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Barnstaple. You will lead a small team of dedicated Sales Negotiators and Valuers, ensuring they provide the highest level of service to our clients. As the leader of the branch, you will also be responsible for driving sales and maximising profits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall performance of the branch

- Lead, motivate, and train a team of Sales Negotiators and Valuers to achieve their targets and deliver excellent service to clients.

- Monitor and analyze the local property market to ensure competitive pricing and effective marketing strategies.

- Oversee the valuation process and provide guidance to the Valuers on pricing and market trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.

- Manage the branch's budget and ensure all financial targets are achieved.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience in Estate Agency, with a proven track record in sales

- Previous management experience is highly desirable, however we welcome applications from Valuers, Negotiators and Assistant Managers looking for their next step

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

- A thorough understanding of the local property market and current trends.

- A solid understanding of legal and compliance requirements within the Estate Agency industry

- Proven experience in achieving targets and driving sales.
