Our client, an incredibly successful Direct Mail business based in Devon, are looking to recruit an experienced, personable Sales Manager to oversee their Inbound Sales/Account Management operation. Based in a fun, sociable office of 80 FTE (with free parking!), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.Our client have been established for 10 years, and offer their client base an incredibly fast, well-received marketing solution that allows for immediate route(s) into new prospects/current customers. In addition to a 'pay as you use' platform, they are also about to launch a new subscription service, which they expect to further strengthen their grip on market share. Due to the relocation of the previous incumbent, they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to oversee their small Inbound Sales team, growing revenue/customer numbers. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Leading an Inbound Sales/Account Management team of 6 FTE (all leads generated through PPC, so no outbound development)- Driving sales performance through coaching/developing team/individuals- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies- Preparing sales forecasts and reports- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of overseeing a high-performing Sales team- Experience of owning relationships with external B2B clients- Deep understanding of value-based selling techniques- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt approach to suit the audience and circumstances- Fun, sociable personalityIn addition to a very competitive basic salary of £42,000, our client are also offering the following:- Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: £64,000) - commission paid a month in arrears- Fantastic working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm)- Free parking- Genuine ability to progress as the company evolves/growsOur client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
