Working for a smart thinking company looking for a new Sales Manager to help continue their success.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is responsible for achieving growth and hitting the sales targets by successfully managing a sales team. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The role is full-time office, based in Barnstaple. Monday-Friday standard office hours.
Salary is 42,000 with an OTE of 64,500.

Your new role
Leading from the front and showing staff how the team should perform
Monitoring staff KPIs and deliver weekly/fortnightly figures to the Sales Director
Performance management of team
Weekly sales meeting to discuss key prospects and sales for that week
Tracking in CRM that all leads are followed up
Attend and participate in regular meetings such as 1:1, sales meetings, meetings with Sales MD, monthly directors' meetings, sales and marketing meetings, appraisals, reviews.
Make recommendations for growth opportunities
Developing the sales team.

What you'll need to succeed
Be an enthusiastic and driven sales professional with team leader experienceBe able to understand wider strategic business objectives and have successful experience working with accounts.Possess a deep understanding and proficiency in value-based selling techniques and have knowledge and usage of sales systems.Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt an approach to suit the audience and circumstances.
