Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the progress and site work of apprentices working towards their NVQ in Electrical Installation.
- Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
- Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
- Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Preferably holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical/related field.
- Valuable experience in teaching or assing experience.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
- Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
