We have an exciting opportunity available at SEA to join our HR team as a Learning and Development Coordinator.
The purpose of the Learning and Development Coordinator role, reporting into the Head of Talent Development, will be to help deliver and support the Learning and Development and Emerging Talent initiatives across SEA. This will help to ensure a culture of continuous development and growth for our employees, to meet SEAs current and future talent needs.
The Learning and Development Coordinator will help to ensure all Learning and Development and Emerging Talent activities are organised, administered, and coordinated to run efficiently and smoothly.

What youll be doing
  • Be the first point of contact and support to general Learning, Development and Training queries, as well as Emerging Talent enquiries in person and via email correspondence
  • Maintain and develop the Learning and Development and Emerging Talent content and documentation on SharePoint, the Compass intranet and our careers site.
  • Support an ongoing programme of learning and training events for induction and wider organisational development across our sites
  • Book internal and external training courses, liaising with training suppliers ensuring suitability for the type of training and to budget
  • Maintain and update training information, track, report and analyse data, attendance, feedback and engagement across multiple development learning initiatives
  • Support the Head of Talent Development by preparing training delivery and development materials in advance where appropriate
  • Support Emerging Talent initiatives to include: Managing Emerging Talent career requests, Liaising with Schools / Colleges, University career and Educational contacts to schedule, and support STEM events and career fairs, and related recruitment activities and assessment centres,
  • Assist with any other adhoc duties to support the delivery of Learning and Development and Emerging Talent initiatives

The skills you need
  • Previous experience in a Learning and Development, HR, or training administration role.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, time management skills, ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail, results driven approach
  • A major team player with a people focused approach
  • Knowledge and experience of Office 365 software applications (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and TEAMS
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support STEM and career events on and offsite
