This role is to provide day to day support of our IT Business System applications and to provide project support to our Business Applications Support Analyst.

What youll be doing
  • Escalating issues to external supplier for further in-depth analysis
  • Provide Admin support to Business Systems including ERP and CRM related systems
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to Business Applications
  • Managing the Business Systems helpdesk queue
  • Investigating and resolving all types of application support issues/requests
  • Work closely with our Business Applications Analyst offering support where needed

The skills you need
  • Application support experience
  • Good working knowledge of MS/SQL
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning
  • Good documentation skills
