We are looking for a Trainee Store Manager to join a successful food retail/bakery business in Barnsdtaple.
This position will suit someone looking for a career, to join an established and successful company that will invest in you, develop you and progress you into a management position, and above all will give you an opportunity whatever background you come from.
You must to be able to drive to travel between store locations.
Manager
- Daytime shifts only - great work/life balance

They serve an all day fresh range of bakery items alongside patisserie, pastries and cakes.
Trainee Manager - Is This You?
- Ideally, but not essentially, some experience working in a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery or retail operation
- Good customer service skills
- A strong desire to learn, develop and progress
- Ambition
- An outgoing personality and positive can do attitude
Trainee Manager - Main Duties
- Completing the 6 month training programme to develop you into an assistant manager/manager
- Working alongside the management team and learning the ropes
- Preparing food, serving customers, merchandising, handling cash, looking after stock
- Giving excellent customer service
- Supporting and supervising the small team
