Acorn by Synergie are actively seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join one of the longest established firms of estate agents and auctioneers in the heart of North Devon.

Scope of the role

As a fundamental member of the team you will play a pivotal role acting as the primary liaison to ensure all sales are closed effectively and smoothly for all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress and monitor sales transactions through to completion whilst liaising with third parties to include solicitors, estate agents, mortgage companies whilst keeping clients regularly updated.
  • Organise and maintain sales records and customer databases.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and promote our products and Services.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team during busy periods including registering potential buyers and booking viewings and valuation appointments

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Effective and organsied administrative skills.
  • Great presentation and attention to detail.
  • Organised approach to managing sales tasks and customer interactions
  • Confident using IT Systems
  • Ability to deal with confidential manor in accordance with GDPR Regulations.
