Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Handle your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, including:
  • Sales & purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Right to Buy
  • Shared ownership
  • New build transactions
  • Help to Buy mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Use a case management system and digital workflows to manage files efficiently
  • Take a proactive approach to improving internal processes and ensuring compliance
  • Provide excellent client service and maintain strong professional relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally, 2-3+ years PQE in residential property law
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
• A positive approach to client care, compliance and relationship building
