What will you do?
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
- Sales & purchases, remortgages, Right to Buy, shared ownership, new build, help to buy mortgages & transfers of equity
- Work with a wide variety of clients from property investors to first time buyers
- Be a team player and contribute as best you can at all times
- Use a case management system & digital workflows
- Have a proactive approach to reinforcing and developing internal processes
What will you need?
- To be a qualified residential conveyancing solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ideally at least 2-3 years PQE within residential property law and able to run your own caseload from start to finish
