About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading Roofing Contractor. This field-based role requires residency within a reasonable commuting distance to North Devon.
As the Site Supervisor, youll oversee roofing projects on-site, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and are completed to the highest standards. Youll lead a team of roofers, manage site operations, and ensure that all projects meet deadlines, quality expectations, and safety regulations.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site roofing projects.
- Lead and motivate the roofing team.
- Ensure health & safety compliance.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Communicate with clients on-site.
- Assist in project management tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience as a Site Supervisor in roofing or construction.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high standards of work.
- Valid CSCS card and relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Full driving license.
