Plumber Multi Trade - North Devon
£35,000 per annum + van and fuel card.
This role will start off temp for 12 weeks through us as the agency then will go into a permanent role direct with the client, a well known maintenance contractor.
Job role:
The role is working on a responsive repairs contract for social housing, hospitals, schools etc in and around the North Devon area.
Multiskilled Requirements:
- Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience
- Positive attitude
- External repairs and maintenance
- Polite and used to working with customers
- Plumbing as core trade
- Competent in all trades maintenance work, minor carpentry, painting, tiling etc.
- Happy travelling to various jobs in work van
- DBS check will be carried out before starting
- Full UK driving license essential
- 40 hour weeks
- Good package
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Multiskilled worker to join a new team and be part of a busy housing contract with a very busy contractor.
