A full time dental nurse is required for a new and exciting private dental practice in Newport Barnstaple.

The practice is forward thinking, progressive and well equipped with modern technology and the latest dental software. Treatments provided will include: dental implants, composite bonding, Invisalign aligners, facial aesthetics, general and cosmetic dentistry.

We are seeking a receptionist to join their team and help create a welcoming environment for patients and to oversee the operational side of the front of house.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
Greet and assist patients with appointment scheduling, queries, and payments.
Coordinate with dental staff to manage appointments and patient records.
Supervise and support the reception team, providing training and guidance as needed.
Maintain a clean and professional reception area.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
