Job Purpose:We are looking for two motivated and skilled Locum Occupational Therapists to assess patients’ levels of function in activities of daily living and their home environments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in discharge planning, preventing admissions, and supporting rehabilitation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Support discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home.
  • Provide interventions that promote independence and enhance quality of life.
  • Participate in the prevention of hospital admissions through proactive assessments and interventions.
