Associate (Trainee) Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Barnstaple branch.

Have you recently graduated from university and are wondering what to do next? Or, do you fancy a career change? Have you ever considered a career in recruitment?

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be required to; source candidates, interview and screen them, liaise with customers and match candidates to roles. You will also be required to undertake business development activities.

Recruitment can be a really rewarding job as it's a role where you have two customers to please; the candidate that you place into work and the company where you place them. Finding someone a job gives you a feel-good factor; especially when this turns into a long term role or a permanent job.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you get to meet and build relationships with all kinds of different people from all walks of life. These are skills that will help you as you develop both personally and professionally.

Recruitment can suit people of all backgrounds but a passion for sales and customer service would be beneficial. You will succeed in recruitment as long as you're willing to work hard, listen & learn and you have an outgoing personality.
