We are delighted to partner with a fantastic special school that is looking for a compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The school provides tailored, high-quality education for students aged 7 - 18, with a focus on fostering personal growth and academic success.

About the role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional support to students with additional needs, fostering engagement in their learning journey

  • Provide one-to-one assistance to support academic and personal development when required

  • Assist classroom teachers with daily lesson preparation and classroom management

  • Help students develop emotional resilience and essential life skills

  • Be flexible and willing to work across the school’s multiple sites and outreach centres

About you:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people

  • Remain calm and professional, even in challenging situations

  • Brings prior experience working with individuals with additional needs

  • Holds a valid driving license, has been driving for at least 2 years and owns a vehicle with business-use insurance (or is willing to obtain it)

  • Has a good sense of humour and a flexible, adaptable mindset
