Your new companyWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estates Surveyor to join a client-side team located in the beautiful North Devon region. This permanent position provides an opportunity to manage a variety of property types located across the region. Relocating to North Devon offers a fantastic quality of life. Your new roleYou will be able to take advantage of a unique opportunity to manage a variety of estate management tasks, including negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, and assisting with property valuations.

  • Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Assisting with property valuations and estate management.
  • Providing professional advice on property estate matters.
  • Maintaining and managing property records.
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
