They operate across the South West from Bath to Plymouth, partnering with a variety of estate agents, their success has been built on their small dedicated team that has enabled them to become a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA). The businesses are currently winning record amounts of work so they are looking to take on two surveyors to cover their respective regions. The role will be home-based with travel across Devon for the completion of Homebuyer (Level 2) and Building (Level 3) surveys. You will be supported from day one to ensure you settle in well to the business, with fantastic opportunities to receive further training, and even get support with becoming a Chartered Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have some experience working on Homebuyer & Building surveys in the past, be happy to work in a small business with a close-knit team, but also be happy to work autonomously once the initial training period is completed.
