We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Manager to join a dynamic and growing team within the renewables sector. Key Responsibilities

路Oversee the commercial management of projects from inception to completion, ensuring profitability and compliance with company objectives.
路Lead the preparation and negotiation of contracts, managing risks, and optimising value.
路Support and guide the project delivery teams with budget control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
路Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and cost efficiency.
路Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
路Monitor industry trends, ensuring the company remains competitive in the renewables market.
路Contribute to business development strategies, leveraging commercial insights to drive growth.

About You

路A minimum of 5 years in project Quantity Surveying roles, followed by experience as a Commercial Manager.
路Strong understanding of QS principles and project management within the renewables, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
路Familiarity with ground source heat technology or similar renewable systems is advantageous.
路Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
路A self-motivated individual with a collaborative approach and a passion for sustainability.
