Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will:

Analyse complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to senior management while actively participating in the change framework.
Support internal teams in realising opportunities to increase business efficiency and agility, delivering early incremental value.
Apply a variety of analysis techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders, ensuring business outcomes are achieved by adapting your approach as needed.
Collaborate with third-party providers, ensuring they understand the organisation's requirements and have access to relevant stakeholders for effective delivery and testing.

What You Will Bring:

A recognised Business Analyst professional qualification (e.g., ISEB, Prince II, Lean/Six Sigma or similar).
Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a working knowledge of MS Project and Visio.
Experience in test management.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ideally, experience in business analysis within the financial sector, supporting change management, and IT project implementation.
