Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Analyse complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to senior management while actively participating in the change framework.
  • Support internal teams in realising opportunities to increase business efficiency and agility, delivering early incremental value.
  • Apply a variety of analysis techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders, ensuring business outcomes are achieved by adapting your approach as needed.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers, ensuring they understand the organisation's requirements and have access to relevant stakeholders for effective delivery and testing.

What You Will Bring:

  • A recognised Business Analyst professional qualification (e.g., ISEB, Prince II, Lean/Six Sigma or similar).
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a working knowledge of MS Project and Visio.
  • Experience in test management.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally, experience in business analysis within the financial sector, supporting change management, and IT project implementation.
