Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Analyse complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to senior management while actively participating in the change framework.
- Support internal teams in realising opportunities to increase business efficiency and agility, delivering early incremental value.
- Apply a variety of analysis techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders, ensuring business outcomes are achieved by adapting your approach as needed.
- Collaborate with third-party providers, ensuring they understand the organisation's requirements and have access to relevant stakeholders for effective delivery and testing.
What You Will Bring:
- A recognised Business Analyst professional qualification (e.g., ISEB, Prince II, Lean/Six Sigma or similar).
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a working knowledge of MS Project and Visio.
- Experience in test management.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally, experience in business analysis within the financial sector, supporting change management, and IT project implementation.
