Team manager is required for the occupational therapy team based in Barrow. Candidate needs experience within OT and Adult Social care. Hybrid role.
It will be managing a community occupational therapy service made up of the equivalent of 5-senior OT's, 3-newly qualified OT's and 5 social care workers. It will be providing clinical supervisions, pastoral support and doing allocations / authorisations of work.
