Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Salary: £45,000 DOE + overtime

  • Communicate with management to develop contractors and develop new business projects in commercially, technically and operationally. As well as keeping management informed of progress on the contract and issues effecting development.
  • Preparation of business plans to identify opportunity of the operations on the project.
  • Obtain labour, materials and subcontractors in accordance with company's buying procedures to minimise cost and waste.
  • Develop inhouse technicians in accordance with the needs of the project in a cost-effective manner.
  • Management of staff and sub-contractors.
  • Aware of statutory health and safety and CDM regulations.
  • Monthly report for contract managers detailing the projects activity.

About the Person:

  • Experience in Facilities and Hard Services, as well as knowledge with planning methods, cost management, health and safety and CDM regulations.
  • Valid driving licence
  • Requirement to gain security clearance and DBS (SC supported by company)
