Reed Business Support Lancaster, are currently assisting our highly prestigious client based in Barrow-in-Furness, to recruit for a Client Development Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis, for this newly created role.

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the company’s flagship product, which is used by over 800 organisations nationwide. This role is pivotal in maintaining the products position in the market, by working closely with clients to enhance success.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Engage with clients to provide guidance and marketing advice to grow and develop their individual accounts.
  • Analyse data to provide insights into account performance and recognise market trends.
  • Produce client review materials, including statistics, benchmarking, and insights for presentations/reports.
  • Deliver client reviews in presentation format, both in person and virtually.
  • Onboard new clients and provide launch support.
  • Produce bespoke business cases/forecasts.
  • Work with clients and their agencies to grow their accounts.
  • Support clients with a variety of day-to-day queries ranging from marketing, reporting, data analysis and compliance.
  • Upsell products to clients using a marketing-led approach.
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service to clients, including email support and coordination of query resolution.
  • Perform all administrative duties relating to managing the client accounts, such as data entry and report reissuing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, customer success, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
  • A positive attitude and keen problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel around the UK to visit clients, including occasional overnight stays.
