Key Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager:

  • Maintain regular, proactive contact with customers, ensuring they're fully stocked with products and informed of new offerings
  • Deepen your understanding of each customer's market to tailor solutions that best serve their needs
  • Keep an eye on the competition, maintaining a competitive edge
  • Expand our reach by converting new business opportunities and broadening product offerings for current clients
  • Consistently grow the new business portfolio year after year
  • Produce monthly reports detailing sales achievements and upcoming targets
  • Prepare accurate trip reports and forecasts, ensuring alignment
  • Handle expense reports, resolve payment issues in partnership with Credit Control, and promptly address customer complaints
  • Operate independently with a solution-oriented mindset and an eagerness to exceed expectations

Requirements as a Regional Sales Manager:
