Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing and dynamic organization? We're seeking a talented Exchange & Skype Engineer to join our End User Services UK department. In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work across collaborative systems and applications while supporting high-profile clients.
What you'll be doing:
As an Infrastructure Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults, manage incidents, and resolve requests promptly to maintain system performance.
- Project Coordination: Support project work, liaise with project managers, and help deliver tasks efficiently.
- Operational Management: Coordinate queues for incidents, problems, and requests, working closely with other teams to meet BAU SLA commitments.
- Infrastructure Projects: Get involved in new IT infrastructure projects that drive innovation.
- Overtime Work: You may be required to work overtime to cover outage slots when necessary.
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have:
