Position Overview:As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEN, PMLD and challenging behaviour resulting. You will be based in the room designed for pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs, providing assistance and guidance to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pmDaily Rate of Pay: £90 - £115 per day,Start Date: 24th February 2025 Location: Nearby to Barrow-in-FurnessTradewind proudly pay directly via PAYE through our own amazing in-house payroll team, without the need to sign up with a third party umbrella company!Key Responsibilities:* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement tailored strategies for students with autism who demonstrate challenging behaviour.* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.* Provide one-on-one and small group support as required.
