Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise business teams on the requirements of Nuclear Site Licences, Authorisations, and Environmental Permits to ensure compliance.
  • Provide expertise on frameworks to demonstrate adherence to nuclear and radiation safety regulations, principles, and environmental protection standards.
  • Assist with the delivery, maintenance, and storage of essential documentation for Licences, Authorisations, and Permits.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of departmental management arrangements and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison with external regulatory bodies, including the ONR, DNSR, and EA, supporting the interface between the business and regulators.
  • Influence business management practices and ways of working to drive improvements in compliance and safety.
