About the Role

Join a growing End User Experience team in an exciting technical role as an Audio Visual Engineer, supporting a high-profile client. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in audio-visual systems while contributing to business objectives and ensuring system requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for conference room queries.
  • Conduct monthly audits (50% of the estate).
  • Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC completion aligns with SLA requirements.
  • Manage non-standard requests, project tasks, and quotes within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain and update end-user guides.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a related IT role or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competency in implementing medium-level fixes.
  • Multi-disciplinary knowledge, acquired through formal training and on-the-job experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Adaptable and customer-oriented, capable of thriving in an environment of frequent change.
  • Organized and versatile, with a focus on delivering results.
Security Clearance

This role requires Security Check (SC) Clearance, necessitating continuous residence within the UK for the past five years. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria for SC Clearance, including sole UK citizenship.
