A leading Maritime Defence company is looking to grow their team and have excellent opportunities for a Principle Engineer to bolster their Engineering Authority function. This opportunity involves working with cutting-edge technology, in a progressive team with extensive training and development opportunities.
Role Description
- Overseeing Engineering governance and assurance across NDE, Calibration and Emergency Response Infrastructure and Systems
- Front line engineering response
- Delivering Site Asset Management Processes to ensure fit for purpose asset base
- Producing and validating engineering issues and delivering a solution
- Managing configuration baseline, ensuring and effective maintenance strategy and carrying out engineering health assessments
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a STEM subject, or engineering
- Front line Engineering Response for above
- Delivering Site Asset Management Processes to ensure a fir for purpose asset base across site
- Producing and validating engineering assessments to ensure equipment can achieve its required safety function
- Respond to emerging engineering issues
