Sonic Summary

BAE Systems is seeking a Security Auditor for a fully remote, 12-month contract position with a pay rate of £18.00 PAYE or £24.04 Umbrella.
The role involves working in security assurance, conducting risk analysis and compliance enforcement throughout BAE Systems and its supply chain.
Candidates should possess communication skills adaptable to various levels of the enterprise and have experience in auditing, assessments, and report writing.
A valid UK driving license is required, and cyber security experience or ISO27001 Lead Auditor certification is desirable.
Applicants should have at least a few years of relevant experience in the field to be considered for this position.

Working in security assurance you will be engaged in the business supplier lifecycle, undertaking business risk analysis, audit and assurance activities within BAE Systems and the Supply Chain and compliance enforcement
Liaising with customers and partners across the business and traveling to various supplier sites within the UK, occasional Non UK
Facilitating Specialist Working Groups drawing subject matter expertise from the business and customer to develop and improve information security policies and practices to deploy within BAE and the supply chain
Consulting with major programmes and IT projects to ensure they comply with information security policies.

Skills & Qualifications

Valid UK Driving License
Communication skills, with the ability to adapt these skills to different circumstances and across of levels of the enterprise
Experience/knowledge of auditing and assessments and report writing skills
Cyber security experience (desirable)
ISO27001 Lead Auditor (desirable)
