We're looking for an experienced administrator with strong IT and Excel skills, who can confidently manage data, handle payments, raise POs, and coordinate technical documentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Process export control training and licence access.
  • Manage payments, budgets, and insurance documentation.
  • Use Excel, SAP, BIT Portal, and Teamcenter to support reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and shared mailboxes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
 What You’ll Need
  • Solid admin experience with strong IT skills.
  • Use Excel, SAP, BIT Portal, and Teamcenter to support reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to extract, analyse and manipulate data and format to meet customer requirements,
  • Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Confident working with internal systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organisation.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and managing workload.
