Ideal applicants may include Paralegals, qualified solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with relevant experience.
Candidates should have a mixed caseload experience including sales, purchases, remortgages, estate administration, wills, and powers of attorney.
The working hours are 9am-5pm from Monday to Thursday and 9am-4.30pm on Friday.

Paralegal/Fee Earner (Conveyancing/Private Client)

Full-time Permanent Working hours: 9am-5pm (Monday-Thursday), 9am-4.30pm (Friday)

Salary: £30,000

My client is looking for a Paralegal/Fee Earner to work a Legal company based in Barrow-in-Furness.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in residential conveyancing and / or private client matters. The post is suitable for Paralegals, qualified solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with relevant experience.

• Previous experience in a mixed caseload of:

-Sales, purchases and remortgages of freehold and leasehold properties on behalf of private clients

-Estate administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection

• Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files

• Strong client focus

• Drive and enthusiasm

• Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
