Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor for a prominent independent estate agent and financial practice in Burrow-in-Furness, South Lake District.
The position offers a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £50,000, along with 22 days of holiday and additional benefits.
Candidates should be CeMAP qualified with a preferred minimum of 2 years of previous experience in the field.
The role involves liaising with estate agency staff, providing face-to-face advice, and generating new business leads.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with one in four Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, one of the largest independent estate agents, and financial practices based in the South Lake District with over 100 team members. The opportunity will be based in Burrow-in-Furness.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

Basic salary £30,000 +
OTE £50,000 +

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

Proven track record in writing business
CeMAP Qualified
Preferred 2 years of previous experience
Confident over the telephone and face-to-face
Positive attitude towards the industry
Ability to manage additional leads

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
Chasing potential leads and generating new business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
