Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Salary: £45,000 DOE + overtime

About the Role:- Communicate with management to develop contractors and develop new business projects commercially, technically and operationally. As well as keeping management informed of progress on the contract and issues effecting development.

- Preparation of business plans to identify opportunity of the operations on the project. - Obtain labour, materials and subcontractors in accordance with company's buying procedures to minimise cost and waste. - Develop inhouse technicians in accordance with the needs of the project in a cost-effective manner. - Management of staff and sub-contractors.- Aware of statutory health and safety and CDM regulations. - Monthly report for contract managers detailing the projects activity.
