Audio Visual IT Engineer

Location: Barrow-In-Furness (Office-based, full-time)Salary: £30,000

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary interface for troubleshooting, guidance, and resolution of conference room-related technical issues.
  • Perform regular audits of conference room equipment and technology to ensure functionality and compliance.
  • Address incidents and complete "Install, Move, Add, Change" (IMAC) tasks within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Execute custom user requests, project tasks, and provide quotes while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  • Keep documentation updated and user-friendly for conference room technology and related processes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Eligible for SC Clearance.
  • Commitment to full-time office presence (5 days a week).
  • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining AV hardware such as projectors, displays, video conferencing systems, and audio equipment.
  • 2 years' experience of providing medium level fixes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
