My client is looking for an Office Administrator to work a Legal company based in Barrow-in-Furness. The successful candidate should have previous experience in office work or a front of house environment, ideally in a law firm, but this is not essential.

Your duties will include:• Meeting and greeting clients as you will be the first point of contact with the Firm• Answer incoming telephone calls and re-direct in a timely manner to the relevant person; take accurate, clear telephone messages when required• General administrative tasks including typing, filing, photocopying, processing e-mails and organising paperwork• Organise outgoing post efficiently and accurately• Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
