Our client is a leading FM Service provider across the UK. They have reached out to us in searchfor an Experienced Project Manager to manage a series of mechanical and electrical projects across a portfolio of client sites in the North West of England.

Duties:

- Managing all works in accordance to the client standard operating procedures and Health and Safety regulations.

- Working on the projects from inception all the way to completion.

- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, colleagues andsubcontractors.

- You will be delivering projects ranging from 5,000 - 2 million.

Requirements:

- Proven and extensive experience managing a project.

- Technical expertise, qualifications or time spent in an engineering role would be ideal.

- Experience in a critical setting or working across the FM sector would be ideal.
