Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Support the setup of meeting rooms, conference areas, and special events as needed
Report and address minor maintenance issues such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or assisting with office equipment
Communicate effectively with other staff members to address any specific cleaning or maintenance needs
