Infrastructure Engineer - Collaboration

Location: Barrow-In-Furness (Office-based, full-time)Salary: £45,000

About the Role:

Join a dynamic team of five within a leading digital transformation consultancy, renowned for excellent career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks related to Exchange and Skype for Business.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize configurations, and resolve faults, incidents, and requests.
  • Schedule and manage project tasks to meet deliverables.
  • Coordinate incident, problem, and request queues to meet SLA commitments.
  • Contribute to new IT infrastructure projects.
  • Provide overtime support for planned outages.

Skills & Experience:

  • Eligible for SC Clearance.
  • Commitment to full-time office presence (5 days a week).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Background in Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Experience with Exchange and/or Skype for Business (training available).
