Infrastructure Engineer - Collaboration
Location: Barrow-In-Furness (Office-based, full-time)Salary: £45,000
About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to Exchange and Skype for Business.
- Monitor system performance, optimize configurations, and resolve faults, incidents, and requests.
- Schedule and manage project tasks to meet deliverables.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and request queues to meet SLA commitments.
- Contribute to new IT infrastructure projects.
- Provide overtime support for planned outages.
Skills & Experience:
- Eligible for SC Clearance.
- Commitment to full-time office presence (5 days a week).
- Valid driver's license.
- Background in Infrastructure Engineering.
- Experience with Exchange and/or Skype for Business (training available).
