- Lead and manage the SHE function, providing expert advice and developing SHE strategies, policies, and objectives.
- Drive positive change and mature the safety culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership to embed SHE strategies across the business.
- Oversee SHE risk management, regulatory compliance (ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and maintain strong relationships with external regulators.
- Ensure the delivery of SHE improvements that support sustainable program delivery.
- Tackle meaningful and momentous projects
- NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent is essential
- Chartered membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IOSH) would be desirable
- Proven SHE leadership experience in a large, complex organisation, ideally with multi-site, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Comfortable in navigating fast-paced, heavily regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, experience implementing SHE management systems across diverse environments, and a collaborative approach to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
