Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Salary: Up to 拢30,000

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Centre-Based)

Your Role as a Tutor

As part of the team, you will:

路 Deliver engaging in-person training sessions to a caseload of learners

路 Develop lesson plans & learning resources to meet individual needs

路 Assess and mark learners' work, ensuring quality and compliance

路 Work towards agreed targets with full support from the Manager

路 Promote additional training opportunities to learners

路 Collaborate closely with the Quality and IQA team

What We鈥檙e Looking For

路 Strong communication & interpersonal skills

路 Ability to adapt teaching style to different learners

路 Self-motivated and organised, with great time management

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

路 Teaching Qualification (e.g., PTLLS or equivalent)

路 Assessor Qualification (or willingness to work towards)

路 Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths, English, and IT

路 Competency in subjects such as Team Leading, Customer Service, Business Admin, or Employability (desirable)
