Key Responsibilities:
* Documentation Management: Maintain and organise project documentation, including
technical drawings, specifications, reports, risk assessments, permits & appropriations.
* Coordination: Facilitate communication between engineering teams, project managers, and
external stakeholders.
* Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deadlines
are met.
* Data Entry: Input and update project data in relevant databases and software systems.
* Technical Support: Provide administrative support for technical tasks, such as preparing
presentations and technical reports.
* Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and industry
regulations.
* Problem-Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues.
Qualifications:
* English & Maths GCSE.
* Previous experience in a technical administrative role.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
