- This role is remote, covering the Yorkshire, Humberside, Teesside and Tyneside but also flexible to travel to HQ near Coventry.
- You will require a consultative business approach, professional with the ability to naturally influence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with employers and higher education institutions to drive member growth.
- Take accountability for member engagement and recruitment within the region.
- Represent the client across regional, national, and international activities.
- Act as a champion for the business, mission and services to both existing and potential members.
- Attend events and exhibitions to promote the business.
- Conduct and deliver group presentations.
- Degree-level education and at least 3 years of experience in member engagement or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to work with business or employers or educational partners in a key account management capacity.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a positive team player.
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle.
- Flexible for travel both, UK and International.
