  • This role is remote, covering the Yorkshire, Humberside, Teesside and Tyneside but also flexible to travel to HQ near Coventry.
  • You will require a consultative business approach, professional with the ability to naturally influence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employers and higher education institutions to drive member growth.
  • Take accountability for member engagement and recruitment within the region.
  • Represent the client across regional, national, and international activities.
  • Act as a champion for the business, mission and services to both existing and potential members.
  • Attend events and exhibitions to promote the business.
  • Conduct and deliver group presentations.
The Person
  • Degree-level education and at least 3 years of experience in member engagement or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business or employers or educational partners in a key account management capacity.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a positive team player.
  • Full UK driving licence, own vehicle. 
  • Flexible for travel both, UK and International.
